beauty post: necklace nails

As i was getting dressed i remembered the bargain £1 necklace i bought in Edinburgh and decided to wear it.

Then i decided to match my nails to it, because that's what all the cool kids do these days...

I used Rimmel 60 Seconds in 805 Grey Matter as my base as i already had it on. Then I taped off sections and used Rimmel 60 Seconds in 825 Sky High, Barry M 308 Berry Ice Cream, Barry M 320 Foil (gold) and Barry M 300 Acid Yellow to make triangle-y shapes.

It was super easy and came out pretty neat!

I'll be bored of it by tomorrow but if i was in a more committing mood I'd slap a top coat over it all to keep it fresh for a couple days :)

TOGA-RIFIC

On Friday night me and my lovely uni flatmates went on a pretty major night out. It was a Halloween/Birthday mash up night as Bex (next to me in the above picture) said goodbye to her teens and we celebrated the spooky holiday (due to a lot of us being away from Worcester for actual Halloween).

We donned Togas made from Primark bed sheets constructed mostly by yours truly and had what can only be described as an epic time involving Raspberry Jelly-Vodka Shots and out favourite Worcester haunt - Cellar Bar, if you're ever in this little city please check this place out!

Thought i'd spare you guys (and us, actually!) the pictures from after we left the flat and just g with pre-drinking jelly guzzling pics :)

Nailed It

Been getting SRSLY into nail art of late. Or at least having my nails painted all the time (sometimes i do a basic flat colour, i 'm not a machine!) Thought i might as well post on a couple i did the other weekend and may well continue to post on my clawz. How interested would you guys be in seeing process photos? Like a "How To" maybe...
