Dirty Paws

T-SHIRT:DOROTHY PERKINS HOODY&LEGGINGS:PRIMARK SHOES:VANS@OFFICE

Another standard, everyday: "I have places to be but they're not the kinda places I need to be super fancy for" outfit.
This one is looking a bit boring boring though, with just the black and grey. Oh wait, what's that? It's a...
...brightly patterned scarf/blanket (srsly, this thing is huge).
SCARF:H&M

So, I don't mean to small talk you guys and gals but, the weather here has been shocking! What was Worcester Racecourse is now a lake and the main road up my side of the river is almost fully submerged. And, yeah, you guessed it, it's still raining! I mean i'm not saying send help but, Noah has wi-fi on the arc right?

I suppose the one good thing to come out of all this rain is that I realised I had no warm shoes apart from my DM's. So I got cosy new boots, which i'll share tomorrow.
Wait, those boots cost money, which I don't really have.
SO THIS WEATHER HAS DONE NOTHING POSITIVE!

Oh well, new boots :)

Skirt & Scarf

TOP:DOROTHY PERKINS SKIRT:NEW LOOK SCARF:ZARA BELT:MARKET STALL

Forgive the SHITTY quality of the photo, my lighting is non existent when the sun is tucked behind mammoth rain clouds, i really should invest in a big ass lamp. Oh, and excuse my face, i was just uncomfortable in front of my camera today, too long an absence i guess.
I've neglected my scarf collection this year, i have tons of them and it was always my thing. I was never seen scarf-less, ever, seriously, it was bordering on addiction.
I really need to take a close up of this belt at some point, it's real leather that i bought from a bonafide leather worker and it's beautifully embossed!

I've got a pretty busy couple days ahead of me (so glad i slept a lot this weekend, cos i ain't getting it now!) but on Wednesday i'm having a stupidly girly night in with a friend, she thinks i was kidding about underwear clad pillow fights and i really wasn't : ) We're gonna talk about boys and their cooties whilst listening to show tunes and painting our nails and the point of me saying this is that i will take pictures to post on Thursday so see y'all then!

Spending Money Is Naughty

I'm not in debt or anything, i just don't want to reach the end of the month and have nothing. I undoubtedly will though.
Oooh, look, pretty things, just what i need to ease the pain of being poor.

Numero Uno. I bought these beautiful shoes yesterday. How long have i desperately wanted brogues? Too Bloody Long. These are less detailed than i would have liked in an ideal world, but the deal breaker for me was the fact they were real leather with a good solid heel and sole, which will hopefully equate to years of use!
Animal PJ Bottoms in the background, maybe I'll wear them with my new shoes?!

The three words i love to see.

Next Up is my new dress. £14.99, H&M, size 18.
My very much loved ASOS Curve cream floaty number got stained when my silly father thought it was pink and washed it with a red sheet (i actually shed a tear). No amount of wishing or colour remover would restore it and it was sold out in cream so I decided to keep an eye for something to replace it.
This dress in many ways is better. It's longer in the back (love) and has sleeves (love). I did have to adjust the seams on the sleeves, they were way too tight and i know the quality isn't as good as ASOS but i think despite those things, it's a winner.

Finally another H&M purchase in the shape of a scarf.
Isn't it just amazing!?! It's got a weird ass new and fresh from the sweatshop factory smell but seriously, it is stunning.

These items will undoubtedly feature in many future OOTD's so watch out for em.

Pretty successful shopping trip really. I'm right out of ££ now though so frugal living for the rest of the month. I did however get £5 off the shoes because it was like, shoe day in Evans or something. Awesome.
